These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the LexMigrate website and to products or services purchased through lexmigrate.co.za. By using this website or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these terms.
1. About LexMigrate
LexMigrate provides immigration, nationality, citizenship, passport and related legal-support services, together with selected digital screening products. Website content is general information only and is not a legal opinion or a guarantee of eligibility or outcome.
2. Enquiries and professional instructions
Submitting an enquiry, using a website form, sending an email or communicating via WhatsApp does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or professional mandate. Professional services begin only once LexMigrate has accepted instructions and the applicable scope, fees and terms have been confirmed in writing.
3. Digital products
Digital screening products, including the British Nationality Results Checker, provide preliminary automated or structured guidance based on information supplied by the purchaser. They do not constitute a final determination of British nationality, citizenship, passport entitlement or immigration eligibility.
4. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. LexMigrate is not responsible for an incorrect or incomplete result caused by inaccurate, omitted or misleading information supplied by a user.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. Payment may be processed through PayFast or another payment provider made available on the website. A payment is only treated as received once the payment provider confirms successful payment.
6. Government and third-party fees
Government application fees, courier charges, translation fees, biometric fees and other third-party costs are separate from LexMigrate professional fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Third-party charges are subject to the relevant provider’s own rules and refund policies.
7. No guarantee of outcome
Immigration, nationality, citizenship and passport decisions are made by the relevant government authority. LexMigrate cannot guarantee approval, registration, a passport, visa issuance or any other outcome.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, templates, written guidance, digital products, branding and materials supplied by LexMigrate remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. They may not be copied, resold, republished or commercially distributed without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information or use LexMigrate materials for unlawful purposes.
10. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the LexMigrate Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the LexMigrate Privacy and POPIA notice.
12. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, LexMigrate is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website information, delays or decisions by government authorities, third-party service failures, or information supplied incorrectly by a user. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply.
